Welcome to Hollywood …what’s your dream

Wayyy back when I stumbled upon a movie called “Pretty Woman”. Man I loved this movie..and still do to this day.

You know how there are random security questions that come up here and there that asks what’s your favorite movie…yes you can guess….my answer will be Pretty Woman.

I think the intrigue for me was pretty girl….smart girl…trying to find her way out of the wrong side of the tracks. The story resonated with me as a teen because I had dreams. I did pretty well in school. I just grew up in an environment that I had to adapt to or be eaten alive. You know the friend “Kit” who have Julia Roberts, all of the street rules and no emotions , that’s what she needed to adapt to being in Hollywood Blvd.

I had to learn a thing or two and in some ways not let my surroundings have me emotionally drained and stuck. I always loved the scene where she was on Rodeo and the sales women refused her because of her looks. Little did they know she had the juice lol. She came back and stunted on them. I say that with the utmost humility. It’s not about the stunting but more so you don’t know who you are encountering or what they are going through or even have been through.

You know how there are random security questions that come up here and there that asks what’s your favorite movie…yes you can guess….my answer would be Pretty Woman. r you are surrounded by the picture perfect circumstantiates or like most of us the not so pretty circumstances, never give up on what’s in your heart. Never stop dreaming. Never stop believing. Never settle for anything less than what’s promised to you by God. He will grant you the desires of your heart young lady. You will look up some days and witness small miracles that many may say are coincidental or luck or maybe even signs of the universes favor. Nahhh honey it’s The Father, Son and Holy Ghost impeding on your life.

So every day for the rest of your life ask yourself…what’s my dream. Everybody has dreams ❤️
